Sam shaikh, on GoogleHello, I came in to get my hearing aids check because I was not getting volume connection from my android phone from my Thrive app. Well I didn't get the name of the lady that helped me, but she was great. She went straight to the problem and corrected it for me. She was very nice and polite and did everything with a smile. Again, I didn't get her name, but she was an African American Lady. But whenever I come to NewSound to get help they are always professional and polite in what they do. Five 🌟

And she heard my husband needed a hearing test so the Dr could adjust his medicines so she stayed and did the hearing test for him. We were so appreciative. We were able to go back to the dr with The results and get the correct treatment he needed. Now, I thought that was the best experience I had ever had. Thank you so much.

The reminders for the appointment was often, but this is necessary to ensure that the schedule is adhered to. They showed me on a video monitor both of my ear canals’ condition. She also took the time to give me a hearing test in their sound proof room. I had never had such a test performed, so I was curious how I would do. After the procedure, she gave me a printout of my results if anyone else needed to know my hearing results. Since I had minimal wax and my hearing was fine, they decided to not charge me for any services. These people are honest and have integrity; they could have easily swindled me and I would have been none the wiser Thank y’all again for your time. This is Henry.
